OOP Takes a While to Teach

I'm currently teaching a Java Boot Camp for developers coming from a non-OOP programming background.  We were moving quite fast on just the syntax portions, but we slowed down in OOP concepts like Inheritance and Polymorphism.  I realize I need to take two days on this instead of just one, and provide a lot of examples and coding exercises.
