Farewell, Tarcs

The Philippine software industry lost a great leader this week. Fermin "Tarcs" Taruc was a three-time president of the Philippine Software Industry Association, Managing Director of Gurango Software Philippines, and a volunteer of Volunteer Services Overseas (VSO). As a VSO volunteer, he spent six months in Zambia, Africa, developing livelihood and social programs.
