I wrote David Saff, one of the developers working on the Eclipse plugin for JUnit4. Basically, he said don't install it, it's a plugin for Eclipse 3.2. Below is his reply:

Calen,
Thanks for your interest. I'm working to make sure these plugins get in an upcoming release of Eclipse. In the meantime, the new plugins will not work unless your Eclipse also is built from source patched with the patch files on that bug. Since that's a lot of work for a new developer, I'll soon release an update site that people can use to install the correct plug-ins automatically. Also, the new plug-ins currently only work on Eclipse 3.2M4, and will likely soon only work on 3.2M5.
Thanks,
David Saff
